But there's one thing I won't do and that's do it all for you.
You see, when it comes to tech, and it's the same for accounting and sales, a lot of people don't really want to deal with it and wish they could just hand it over to someone else. And that usually doesn't go that well because they overlook that there's two parts to this.
One is the creation, and one is the operation of the system that drives your business.
Now you can't successfully outsource a system that hasn't been created yet. And the creation part, that's what I do with my clients. And it's the part that you cannot hand over to somebody else because it requires your vision. I can help you define it and ground your vision into tangible steps to do and actions to take, to make it happen and to choose the right tools and use them efficiently so that you don't waste your time, spinning your wheels in busy work, rather than actually focusing on serving your clients.
But it has to be a collaboration.
You can't just hand over that part. Now the good news is that that part is actually fun. It's full of insight. It's full of progress and there's a sense of momentum and enthusiasm that you probably won't expect if tech isn't your thing, but it's very common because it's the creative process and nothing is as addictive as progress.
And it makes your life so much easier when it comes to operating that system and then getting other people to help you run it.
So as always, slow down to speed up, don't skip steps.
