You're passionate about what you do, you want to help and impact as many people as possible.
You've got information and experience to share, now you “just” have to get your message “out there”.
The question is, where exactly is “out there”?
People who use that phrase often post on social media .. a lot ..
They talk about their why, they tell their story, they explain how they can help people .. they're doing all the right things but still, the results aren't what they hoped.
So they post more. They get frustrated. They get tired.
The thing is, running faster isn't going to help if you're headed in the wrong direction.
The problem is they're broadcasting. And broadcasting doesn't work these days.
When people say “it's all about relationships” I think they're right because, with so many people offering solutions to all kinds of problems, it becomes more and more a matter of TRUST.
And trust is built through conversation, through genuine curiosity, through getting to know each other.
Are you up for an experiment?
Instead of yelling louder to reach further “out there” what are ways for you to bring the people you want to help closer “in here” so they can and want to hear you?
