Last year I spoke to my friend and colleague Clésia Mendes as part of her series Womanhood From The Inside Out.
I recommend you check out her youtube channel for more interviews of that wonderful series.
Here is how Clésia introduced our conversation:
“Hi, I’m Clésia Mendes and welcome to the 2nd Season of Womanhood from the Inside-Out! In this interview series we’ll be discovering and uncovering the nature of Womanhood from the Inside-Out? Why it's important? When does it show? How can we identify it? And what are the implications of Womanhood from the Inside-Out?

Today's guest is my dear friend Anke Herrmann. Originally from Germany, in 2004 she decided to quit her IT job in London and move to the south of Spain with the idea of starting her own sewing business, offering made to measure flamenco dance costumes. Fuelled by plenty of enthusiasm and passion she managed to make it work but found herself burnt out by 2012. This low point in her business brought her onto the path of personal development and to discover the principles behind the Inside-Out nature of life. These days she runs her sewing business in a way that’s fun and profitable and helps other creative entrepreneurs find their way to do the same. Her main website is https://www.ankeherrmann.com/“
