Originally from Darlington in the north east of England, and now consciously living in Sitges, outside of Barcelona and
close to the sea and beach, Niki has spent time traveling and exploring the world and herself.
She has grown and expanded through training in various holistic complementary therapies and coaching techniques including NLP, EFT
and Teen yoga. At the time, she never really knew why she felt called to do any of it; just trusted!
She is proud of raising two children mainly as a single mum, cheerleading the hundreds of women and girls she has worked with over
the years, blogging about her beliefs and practices for creating the best life of your dreams and co authoring the
international best selling book the Pay it Forward series; Notes to my Younger Self volume 2.
She loves her kids, yoga, the sound of the ocean, listening to people and helping them grow and a tasty ripe avocado.

Niki Moss Simpson is a mum & founder of Shine. Sparkle. Radiate; a well-being and lifestyle initiative empowering
girls and women to live fully vibrant and vital lives through nurturing mindful techniques, holistic therapies, ancient
wisdom, coaching and mentoring, workshops, talks and retreat programs.
With over 25 years experience in teaching and international education throughout Europe, and a passion for helping
others, she strongly believes that an academic education is simply not enough for girls and women to feel
empowered to reach for their dreams aspirations and to thrive. Self-love, self-compassion and self-confidence are the
