7 pet peeves – or 7 myths about business building that you've no doubt come across if you're starting or growing you own business that I'll be crushing over the next few episodes.
They are things that we’re taught by the majority of business coaches and experts but don’t match my experience.
But I don’t just speak from my own experience – I see it in my work with clients and I see it in the conversations I’ve had with the guests on my Passion Business Podcast.
7 myths I want to bust because really “getting” just one of them can take the struggle out of following your heart.
Here is a quick run through ..
- It’s not a straight line .. it’s a spiral
- It’s not a race .. faster isn’t better
- There is no “proven success formula”, you can’t follow anyones footsteps when you climb an unexplored summit
- Where the bleep is “out there” – it’s not so much about reaching more people, it’s about trust and relationships
- You don’t need to know how to get there – only identify the next corner and then walk there
- Where the heck is “there” anyway – You don’t need a clearly defined goal – your business and what success means will evolve
- You don’t need another course – you have absorbed enough
